Before the start of the sowing campaign in Russia, activities aimed at supporting the agricultural machinery industry will be discussed and coordinated. This task was given by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak following a meeting of the sub-commission of the government commission responsible for strengthening the sustainability of the Russian economy in the face of sanctions.
In the corresponding statement on the official website of the Russian government, it is stated: "Alexander Novak instructed the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade to coordinate and approve the necessary support measures for the agricultural machinery industry taking into account the current economic situation no later than the beginning of the sowing campaign."
Participants of the meeting discussed the production and financial indicators of the industry, the level of credit burden, and the agricultural demand for various types of agricultural machinery and systems for storing grain crops.
