The essence of the claim is related to a contract for the transportation of agricultural products - "TEK-Mart" is seeking compensation for the damage caused. The company was registered in Volgodonsk in 2017, is engaged in cargo transportation, and its revenue for the year 2024 amounted to 287 million rubles (approximately 3.33 million dollars), with a net profit of 665 thousand rubles (about 7.7 thousand dollars).
The defendant, the company "Yugo-Vostochnaya Agrogruppa", specializes in growing sugar beet. It was founded in 2007 and registered in the Tambov Region. In 2024, it generated revenue of 17 billion rubles (approximately 197.3 million dollars), with a net profit of 7.3 billion rubles (about 84.7 million dollars).
