Ginseng was cultivated in the Khasan territorial area of Primorsky Krai and was sent to China via automotive transport.

The Interregional Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor of Primorsky Krai checked the compliance of the products under control with the phytosanitary requirements of the importing country. A phytosanitary certificate was issued for the cargo.

In October 2024, the Rosselkhoznadzor department processed 15 roots of ginseng grown in the Lazovsky district of Primorsky Krai, which were supposed to be sent by air transport to Kyrgyzstan.

It is important to note that ginseng from Primorsky Krai was not exported in 2023.
