The average cost of corn in Russia is 13.4 thousand rubles (+1.6% per week). In the southern regions, the price of corn remains unchanged at 12.7 thousand rubles excluding VAT, in the Volga Federal District - 15.1 thousand rubles (-0.2%), in the Central Federal District - 13.4 thousand rubles (+3.4%).
The average price of soybeans in Russia is 34.8 thousand rubles. The lowest prices for them can be observed in the North Caucasus Federal District - 27.5 thousand rubles excluding VAT. In the Central region, the price is 37.9 thousand rubles (-0.9% per week), and in the Far East - 32.1 thousand rubles (-0.7%).
The average cost of rapeseed in Russia is 32.5 thousand rubles (+2.7%). In the North Caucasus Federal District, it can be purchased for 24.5 thousand rubles excluding VAT. In the Central region - 37.0 thousand rubles (+5.3%), and in the Siberian Federal District - 30.6 thousand rubles (+2.7%).
In world markets, the price of sunflower seeds decreased by 1.1% over the past week and amounted to 694.8 dollars per ton (FOB France), the price of ripe corn increased by 2.8% and reached 213.9 dollars per ton (FOB Argentina), the price of soybeans increased by 1.1% and reached 431.3 dollars per ton (FOB Brazil), while the cost of rapeseed increased by 0.3% and reached 564.4 dollars per ton (FOB France).
As of November 7, 2024, harvesting of grain crops was carried out in Russia on a total area of 46.5 million hectares, including 2.3 million hectares with corn. 9.9 million hectares were harvested for sunflower, 4.1 million hectares for soybeans, and 2.7 million hectares for rapeseed.
