More than three million hectares of spring crops have been sown in the Orenburg region: agricultural work is in the final straight.

In the Orenburg region, more than 3.4 million hectares of spring crops (90% of the plan) and 1.53 million hectares of cereals and legumes (86% of the plan) have been sown. Planting is completed in the steppe regions and is finishing in the rest. The maximum sowing areas are in Adamovsky (153.9 thousand hectares), Kvarkensky (129.2 thousand hectares), and Alexandrovsky (125.2 thousand hectares).

In the steppe region of Orenburg Oblast, field owners are preparing for the final stage. By the second day of June, more than three million four thousand hectares of spring crops have already been sown throughout the region (which is 90% of the planned amount), including one million five hundred thirty-seven thousand one hundred hectares of cereals and legumes (86% of the plan for these types of plants), as reported by specialists from the regional department of agriculture.

Sowing of spring cereals and legumes has been fully completed in Akbulaksky, Aleksandrovsky, Belyaevsky, Grachevsky, Dombarovsky, Pervomaisky, Tashlinsky, and Totsky districts, as well as in the Sol-Iletsk urban district. Progress is being made towards completion of work in Krasnogvardeysky, Ponomarevsky, Svetlinsky districts, and in the city of Mednogorsk.

As of today, the largest sown areas are noted in Adamovsky district – 153.9 thousand hectares, in Kvarlensky – 129.2 thousand hectares, and in Aleksandrovsky – 125.2 thousand hectares.
