Branch employees have chosen a site for a new trout farm, conducted soil survey, and prepared a project. The farm will occupy 1 hectare, including 10 ponds. The soil will be used to improve fertility, while mineral soil will be used for roads. The project will last for 6 years, taking into account planning and soil restoration. Recultivation is carried out in accordance with the legislation.

Rapeseed production in Russia is rapidly growing: the sown area and yield have increased thanks to intensive technologies. This crop has become the main oilseed due to high demand on the world market.

The use of domestic seeds and variety renewal plays an important role. It is expected that rapeseed production will continue to grow.

In Bashkortostan, 248.2 thousand hectares of winter crops are ready for sowing for the 2025 harvest, including 195.3 thousand hectares of wheat and 48.3 thousand hectares of rye. Unfavorable agrometeorological conditions threatened the sowing, but 91% of the crops are in good condition.

It is planned to sow 2.8 million hectares with spring crops.

In 2024, the "Zherdevsky" plant processed 707 thousand tons of sugar beets, yielding 113 thousand tons of sugar. The quality of the raw materials remained high despite the unfavorable weather conditions.

In the new year of 2025, it is planned to increase the processing volume and carry out extensive equipment preparation. The shortage of experienced specialists remains a problem.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has completed the selection of manufacturers of specialized agricultural machinery for program #1432 for the next year. Three companies have received subsidies for the production of seeders, corn huskers, and harvest platforms. The government will reimburse up to 50% of the discount to buyers. Starting from 2025, more favorable conditions have been created for manufacturers.

Experts have assessed the state of agriculture as follows: good – 772.28 thousand hectares, satisfactory – 1001.03 thousand hectares, poor – 5.75 thousand hectares.

Out of 84.73 thousand hectares with winter rapeseed, 17.75 thousand hectares are in good condition, 46.05 thousand hectares are satisfactory, and 9.43 thousand hectares are in poor condition. Infectious diseases on winter crops are minimal.

In 2024, the number of fires in agricultural lands decreased. Farmers in the south of Russia are preparing for sowing. The Ministry of Agriculture recommends fire prevention measures and bringing new lands into circulation. The creation of protective strips and clearing of areas is planned.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government has approved a ban on gasoline exports for companies without production. Export permission remains only for manufacturers and their subsidiaries. Stabilization of the petroleum products market and prevention of illegal exports are the main goals of the measure.

Meat is a source of protein, vitamins, and minerals. In search of more balanced products, people are exploring hybrid meat products with plant components. Shitake mushroom is rich in protein and beneficial for health. Research has shown that adding its powder improves the quality of hybrid chicken gels.

Russia will continue to control the quality of wheat with the help of the Federal Center for Grain Quality Assessment in Agriculture (ЦОК АПК), taking samples and analyzing data free of charge for producers.

Monitoring the harvest is important for export planning, demand forecasting, and ensuring food safety. A total of 52 million tons of grain will be checked in 27 regions.

In the Ministry of Agriculture of the region, the goals for 2025 were discussed. Increase in the production of bee packages to protect the local market from uncontrolled imports was set during the speech of Deputy Prime Minister Ilshat Fazrakhmanov. Mr. Fazrakhmanov also outlined the expansion of support for local producers.

Within the "Forest Conservation" project initiated by the President of Russia, work is being carried out to assess the condition of the forests, identify and eliminate pest outbreaks, conduct biotechnical measures, sanitary felling, and wood clearing.

Plans for this year include: work on 35 hectares, with 4.7 hectares for felling and 30.3 hectares for wood clearing, as well as biotechnical measures on 3.2 thousand hectares.
