The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has announced the completion of the selection of manufacturers of specialized agricultural machinery for inclusion in the updated program No. 1432 for the next year. According to the official statement on the department's website, agreements on subsidies have been signed with three manufacturers of such machinery.
This year, discounts on specialized machinery will apply to the products of LLC Trading House "Agro Eco" (seed drills), JSC "TPK Titan" (corn huskers), and LLC "Ecolanmash" (harvest platforms in orchards).
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has provided support in the development and organization of serial production of such machinery through a subsidy for research and development work. The amount of funding was about 100 million rubles.
According to the terms of program No. 1432, domestic manufacturers of specialized agricultural machinery will be reimbursed up to 50% of the discount provided to the buyer. The declared demand for this machinery this year is about 200 million rubles.
Starting from 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has revised the financial support measures to create more favorable conditions for manufacturers of specialized machinery. This decision has been supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, which highlighted the need for farmers in such machinery. Furthermore, adjusting the program will stimulate investments from domestic manufacturers in the modernization and production of segments of machines that require significant modernization.
Under the updated program No. 1432 for the next year, discounts of up to 50% are provided for specialized machinery, up to 16.5% for trailed and mounted machinery, 10% for self-propelled machinery, and 12.5% for grain storage and processing equipment. Previously, discounts ranged from 10% to 15% depending on the region. The federal budget for the current year allocates 10 billion rubles for the program.
The conditions of the program remain unchanged for agricultural tractors and combines. Additionally, a separate sublimit of 4.5 billion rubles has been allocated for the implementation of such machinery.
