Prices for grain in Russia: sunflower seeds and corn are becoming more expensive, while soybeans remain stable.

Sunflower in Russia has increased by 0.3% - up to 24.7 thousand rubles. Prices for the culture are 24.5 thousand rubles without VAT in the southern regions of the country, 24.2 thousand rubles in the center, and 24.9 thousand rubles in the Volga region.

The average cost of corn has increased by 1.2% and reached 10.5 thousand rubles. In the south of the country, prices reach 11.9 thousand rubles without VAT, in the Volga Federal District - 9.8 thousand rubles without VAT, and in the Central Federal District - 8.7 thousand rubles without VAT.

Soybeans have increased by 0.2% and on average cost 34.6 thousand rubles in Russia. In the North Caucasus Federal District, the prices for culture are the lowest - 26.8 thousand rubles without VAT. In the center of Russia, beans cost 36.1 thousand rubles, and in the Far East - 33.4 thousand rubles.

In the global markets sunflower has risen by 2%, and sunflower oil - by 3.4%. Prices for corn have fallen by 1.2%, but for soy they have increased by 2.9%.

As of May 23, 36.2 million hectares were sown in Russia, including 7.9 million hectares of sunflower, 2.2 million hectares of corn, and 2.5 million hectares of soybeans.
