Raising quails in the Moscow region is growing: the number of individuals has increased by 72 thousand in a year.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Moscow Region has reported an increase in the number of quails to 313,000 heads, including 237,000 for breeding purposes. The region is home to large enterprises engaged in breeding quails of different breeds.

Quail eggs are rich in vitamins, particularly in the B group, and minerals. It is recommended to consume 5-6 quail eggs per day.

In the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region, it was clarified that the total number of quails in the region is 313 thousand, of which 237 thousand are individuals used for breeding. This number is 72 thousand more than last year.

The largest enterprises in the Moscow Region, such as LLC "Shepilovskaya Poultry Farm" in Serpukhov - the main enterprise for breeding Japanese quails, and LLC "Genofond," which is engaged in breeding quails of different breeds in the Sergiev Posad city district, are associated with this region.

Quail eggs are rich in amino acids, as well as vitamins A, D, and group B, and also contain calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, and selenium.

To maintain proper nutrition, it is recommended to follow the daily consumption norm of quail eggs, which averages 5-6 eggs per day.
