Deliveries of fresh potato and vegetables from farmers have started for social institutions in the Kostroma region.

The price for goods for trading was set in the current year at 16.38 rubles per kilogram. This price does not include storage and delivery costs.

During the period from 2024 to 2025, social institutions need 2.0 thousand tons of potatoes and 1.5 thousand tons of vegetables.

Currently, agricultural enterprises are actively harvesting potatoes and vegetables. At the moment, 25.5 thousand tons of potatoes have been harvested from an area of 1084 hectares, and 3.8 thousand tons of vegetables have been harvested from an area of 202 hectares.

Deliveries of fresh potato and vegetable crops from agricultural producers to social institutions have already begun and will continue in 2025 in accordance with the schedules established in the concluded deals.
