Indian oil producers demand an increase in the difference in import tariffs between crude and refined oil to protect domestic processing. The import of refined oils is hurting the industry. It has been proposed to either raise tariffs on refined varieties or lower them on crude oil. This letter was addressed to Minister Pralhad Joshi, and the government's reaction is unknown.

Poland is considering the possibility of purchasing or leasing a port in Odesa for grain exports. This could strengthen trade relations with Ukraine and other countries. It is believed that the Black Sea port will help save on transportation costs and benefit from grain sales. The countries are discussing the possibility of creating a joint grain port.

The Union of Oilseeds proposed to the Ministry of Agriculture to introduce export duties on oil flax in order to support the internal processing of the plant. The level of duties is likely to be lower than that on rapeseed (30%). Experts believe that this measure will help balance the market.

The Ministry of Agriculture of Primorsky Krai reports that 19% of early grain crops have been sown, including oats, barley, and wheat. Farmers in the Partizansky District stand out for the speed of planting potatoes. 53.6 thousand tons of fertilizers have been purchased, which is 81.5% of the plan. 385 hectares of grass have been fertilized.
