For the first quarter of 2024, Rosselkhozbank provided agricultural producers with 424.6 billion rubles in credit resources, which is 11% higher than the corresponding figure for the previous year, according to information received from the bank.
More than a quarter of this amount, namely 113.7 billion rubles, was provided to the agricultural sector on preferential terms.
338 billion rubles were allocated to the needs of large agribusiness, while 62.5 billion rubles were received by medium, small, and microenterprises. In addition, 24 billion rubles were provided to residents of rural areas, a figure that increased by almost 1.6 times.
The bank also issued 197 billion rubles to agricultural producers for seasonal work, which is 2% more than last year. Of this amount, 59.2 billion rubles were allocated at preferential rates. Rostov, Penza, Lipetsk, and Novosibirsk regions are the leaders in providing large loans for crop rotation.
Rosselkhozbank accounts for a total of 73% of loans for seasonal work. In 25 regions, this figure ranges from 91% to 100%.
Regarding the financing of export-oriented producers, the total amount is 113.8 billion rubles.
Rosselkhozbank was established in 2000 and is state-owned.
