The company "Agrarian Traditions" inherited 417.5 hectares of land in the Davlekanovsky district of Bashkortostan from the Ministry, intended for the implementation of an investment project. According to the lease agreement, the company obtained the right to use the land for 24 years.
The company's goal is to cultivate grains and oilseeds, such as winter wheat for malt production, spring hard wheat, barley for malt brewing, and sunflower. In total, the project's investments are estimated at 175.2 million rubles, and its implementation is planned for the period from 2024 to 2048.
"According to the presented business plan, the implementation of this project will not only meet the partial demand for flour from hard wheat and sunflower oil but also utilize production waste to create compound feeds and feed mixtures, making a significant contribution to the nutrition of agricultural animals, poultry, and fish," said Natalia Polyanskaya, acting head of the ministry.
The land plot was provided to the company without an auction, considering the social and economic significance of this project. The new land provision procedure within the import substitution program was introduced in 2022. In that year, 15 such plots were allocated, and by 2023, their number increased to 351. For 2024, the extension of preferential conditions for providing such land plots was established, and 181 plots have already been allocated since the beginning of the year.
LLC "Agrarian Traditions" was registered in November 2005 in the village of Raivo in the Davlekanovsky district of Bashkortostan. The company's main activity is mixed farming. Sergey Shulga is the founder, and Vladimir Zhittsov manages the organization. According to the Rusprofile counterparty verification service, the company earned 382 million rubles in revenue and 103 million rubles in net profit in 2023.
As reported by RBC Ufa, the lease agreement for land allocated for import substitution projects includes the tenant's obligations to implement the project and a prohibition on changing the land plot's designation. In case of non-compliance with these conditions, the lessor has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
