Over the past ten years, many investment projects in greenhouse vegetable growing have been implemented with government support aimed at increasing production volumes and improving product quality.

Enterprises actively introduce productive varieties and modern methods of plant cultivation and protection. We would like to remind you that Governor Andrey Bocharov previously set a goal to provide the population with vegetable products year-round.

At present, the total area of ​​greenhouses in the region is 119 hectares.

Among the leading enterprises are: LLC "Vegetable Grower", LLC "Agrocomplex Volzhsky", JSC SP "Zarya", and TEP "Greenhouse".

At the 26th agro-industrial exhibition "Golden Autumn-2024," which took place in Moscow, the greenhouse farm "Zarya" was awarded two gold medals and the gratitude of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation for the production of high-quality food products.
