Agricultural producers of the Stavropol region have successfully completed the sowing of grain crops in unfavorable weather conditions.

The head of the Stavropol region noted that despite unfavorable weather conditions at the beginning of autumn, agricultural producers have successfully sown about two million hectares of wheat, barley, and rapeseed. It is important to note that all the seeds used were of domestic breeding material. Currently, the first sprouts are already visible.

"Recently, rains have passed in the Stavropol region, which contribute to the even germination of crops. Farmers have done everything in their power. They have put in a lot of hard work and skill. I express gratitude to all farmers for their work," wrote the head of the region, emphasizing that agriculture is one of the key sectors of the economy.

"Stavropol is the main supplier of grain for the country. We will continue to support and develop our agriculture as a top priority," emphasized the head of the region.
