Other market participants are traders, organizations involved in the import and export of grain, elevators * and carrier organizations. They provide the system with information about consignments of goods for processing accompanying documents for shipment and acceptance, transportation and sale.
Rosselkhoznadzor - the state body enters data on state monitoring and measures to control product quality.
Ministry of Agriculture - provides information from the register of elevators.
Subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture - enter information on laboratory tests carried out in the course of state monitoring and control measures during the import and export of products.
The Federal Customs Service of Russia enters information into the FSIS Zerno system about consignments of grain and its processed products imported into the country, as well as consignments for export from the country.
Rosaccreditation - provides information on declarations of conformity with the technical regulations of grain and products based on it.
Rosstat - allows you to automate the collection, storage and systematization of statistical information and ensure its access and provision.
Other institutions - Rosrezerv, intervention and public procurement agent, etc.
Conclusions. Thus, all producers and grain processing organizations, legal entities engaged in storage, carriers and traders, organizations and individual entrepreneurs acting as end consumers must register and start working with FSIS Grain.
