According to Article 18 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Grain", all persons who violate the requirements of the law bear administrative and other liability in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. This means that failure to comply with the deadlines for connecting to the system will unequivocally entail fines, which ones are not yet fully known. According to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, violation of the rules for storage, purchase or rational use of grain and products of its processing, the rules for the production of products of grain processing entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine:
- for citizens - from 500 to 1000 rubles;
- for officials - from 1000 to 2000 rubles;
- for legal entities - from 10,000 to 20,000 rubles.
