How the grain traceability system works

The FSIS Grain portal requires the participant to perform certain actions.

Registration
Registration of a participant in the system and creation of a personal account
Electronic signature required
Loading
Entering information about a batch of grain or products based on it into the information system and assigning it a unique identification number (UIN)

Manufacturers need to specify:
Place where grain is grown
Name of culture
The total weight of the crop on the day of its harvest
After passing the state monitoring procedure, a batch of a new crop will be assigned consumer properties

Other market participants need to deposit:
Information about the batch for the purpose of acceptance, shipment, transportation and sale
Information about import or export from the country
Data on purchases of grain for the federal intervention fund, data on purchases for state and municipal needs
Signing Issuance of SDIZ, signing and redemption
