Purchasing prices for buckwheat fell by 43% over the year

In August 2023, the price of buckwheat for industrial purposes decreased to 23,038 rubles per ton, which is 10% higher than the previous month, but 43% lower than August 2022. The price of millet was 15,552 rubles per ton (+2% compared to July 2023), and the price of peas was 17,703 rubles per ton (+8%).
