As part of the implementation of the federal project "Professionalism," the company RUSEED joined the educational-production cluster "Agriculture" of the Saratov region. The corresponding agreement was signed by RUSEED managing partner Mark Gecht and the cluster's chairman, Vavilov University's rector Dmitry Solovyov.

Under the contract, the company will organize regular practical training sessions for students studying in the field of "Agronomy." Under the guidance of RUSEED specialists, they will familiarize themselves with the practical aspects of agronomist work, study technological processes, and equipment.

This year, RUSEED launched a program for practical training of specialists, in which not only students of the financial-technological college of Vavilov University will participate, but also students from other specialized educational institutions, such as the Institute of Agroecology of South Ural State Agrarian University, Labinsk Agrarian College, and Pukhlyakovsky Agro-Industrial College.

Agronomy students who will start working in farms of the Krasnodar region and Saratov region this summer have signed a labor contract for 3 months. The internship is paid, with a salary of about 40,000 rubles per month. Additionally, the company will organize accommodation and compensate for students' transportation expenses.

Students who demonstrate their abilities during the program will be invited to work for the company RUSEED.

"In our company, as well as in the entire industry, there is a severe shortage of qualified personnel, such as agronomists, seed growers, and breeders. This is especially noticeable now when we are facing global challenges in import substitution and creating our own competitive products. The shortage of specialists has accumulated over the years, and our main task now is to cultivate a new generation of professionals. We have made the internship paid and cover the expenses for students' accommodation so that they see that the company is interested in them and ready to offer them decent conditions," - noted RUSEED managing partner Mark Gecht.

Collaboration with the company RUSEED will provide high-quality training for future professionals in the field of agronomy. Students will gain practical experience and may become employees of the company during their industrial training, ensuring their further employment. I am confident that this collaboration will be an effective mechanism for preparing qualified personnel for the industry, who will be motivated to remain in the profession and develop.
