In the Turkestan region, a fattening site for 10 thousand heads of cattle and a meat processing complex with a daily capacity of 1,500 tons are being constructed.

Currently, projects for joint cultivation of cereals and forage crops on the territory of Kazakhstan are also under consideration. For the development of the textile and garment industry, it is planned to establish a cotton-textile complex and a logistics hub worth 21 billion tenge with the participation of Uzbek investors in the Maktaaral district. The project will operate at full capacity from 2026 to 2027, producing 160 thousand tons of products.
