According to market operators, GASC, the Egyptian state agency for food procurement, has announced the upcoming international tender for the import of 40 thousand tonnes of vegetable oils, which will take place on August 7.

According to precise indications, within the framework of this tender, it is planned to purchase 30 thousand tonnes of soybean oil and 10 thousand tonnes of sunflower oil.

In accordance with the tender conditions, the oil delivery to the importer must be carried out between October 15-31 and/or November 1-15 of the current year with mandatory immediate payment.
