On October 15, the Egyptian GASC held an international tender for the purchase of sunflower and soybean oil with immediate payment. 50,000 tons were purchased from Viterra at $1185 per ton. Participants included LDC, Posco Int., Aston Agro Industrial S.A., InterGrain S.A., Mahsul Trading, Green Supplier, Bunge, Oliva AD, Cargill.

On October 15, the Egyptian State Agency GASC held an international tender to purchase soybean and sunflower oil with immediate payment and delivery from January 1 to 15, 2025. Grain Online agency reports this, citing reports from European traders.

At the tender, 50 thousand tons of sunflower oil were purchased from Viterra company at a price of $1185 on C&F terms.
