According to information from IA "APK-Inform", starting from June, prices for wheat flour on the Ukrainian market continue to rise.
This is explained by the insufficient supply of flour due to producers holding back sales and reduced offerings in the market due to the repair of processing plants before the new season. Also, the price increase was influenced by difficulties in attracting quality raw materials for processing due to limited supply in the market.
Since the beginning of June, prices for highest quality flour have increased by 2000-2500 UAH/ton and as of July 2, they mainly range from 12500-14200 UAH/ton EXW.
