In the Aktobe region, the construction of two poultry farms is planned in the next two years. The total investment volume will exceed 20 billion tenge, as reported by the regional akimat, citing information from the annual report.
According to the data, this year the implementation of a project in the amount of 1.5 billion tenge is foreseen. This mini-poultry farm will produce 7.5 tons of meat annually.
Furthermore, by the end of 2026, it is planned to launch a poultry farm that will produce both poultry meat and eggs. It is estimated that the start of this enterprise will cost 20 billion tenge.
The Aktobe region relies on imports or the purchase of poultry meat from other regions of Kazakhstan by almost 95%.
Additionally, according to the information from the Ministry of Agriculture, within two years, 29 poultry farms with a total capacity of 220 thousand tons are planned to be opened in 12 regions of the country. Investments in this enterprise will amount to around 440 billion tenge, of which 262 billion tenge will be attracted in the form of loans.
