My trades

Section "My trades" contains information about concluded deals and current statuses of concluded deals.

The system allows you to choose a convenient option for displaying cards of completed deals.
You can use the cards to view the basic information on the deal.

The deal card contains basic information:

• Deal type
• Product name
• Volume in tons
• Price per ton without VAT
• Incoterms
• Place of delivery. To specify the address of the place of delivery, click on the link "Show on the map", a map and the exact address of the place of delivery will open.
• Company name
• Current deal status

The section filter system allows you to select deals by their current status.

In order to get acquainted with the details of the concluded transaction, click the "Details" button. After clicking the "More" button the system will display all the main conditions of the concluded transaction, as well as a functional panel.

With the help of the functional panel, you can do the following:

• Print information on the transaction in PDF format by clicking on the "Print" button
• declare the fact of non-fulfillment of an essential condition on the concluded transaction by pressing the "Default" button
• contact or view the history of business correspondence with a partner by clicking on the "Open chat" button
• take part in the formation of the partner's system rating by leaving your feedback on the experience of working with the counterparty by clicking on the "Leave feedback" button

The process of executing a trade on a digital platform is divided into three key stages

Deal Status: Contract
After agreeing on all the essential terms of the application, one of the parties fully and unconditionally accepts all the conditions, and the digital platform records the fact of the concluded transaction. Thus, the deal goes into the "Contract" status. At this stage, the parties to the transaction are working on the preparation of the necessary documentation for the conclusion of the contract. The parties agree on all the terms of the contract, in addition to those already fixed, which do not change under any circumstances. The parties sign a contract and exchange electronically signed copies through the internal instant messaging system of the digital platform, or other means of communication agreed by the parties.

Deal Status: Delivery
At this stage, the physical transfer of the goods by the seller to the buyer takes place on agreed terms.

Deal status: Contract executed
At this stage, the parties have fulfilled their obligations under the concluded contract in full. The seller delivered the goods in accordance with the terms of the contract, and the buyer accepted the goods and paid for them in full in a timely manner.
The digital platform records the fact that the parties fulfilled their obligations under the concluded transaction, and the transaction enters the "Archive" status.

The system helps to control the execution stages for each concluded contract.
Automatically changes the status of the deal, and also sends notifications to the deal participants in their personal account and by email.
All data and concluded transactions will be stored in the archive of your personal account.
