Chat is a means of messaging between users built into the digital platform system.
The "Chat" section displays your history of communication with users of the digital platform.
The chat can contain text messages and files submitted via the chat form.
To send a message to a user, enter your message in the text input field. Press Enter to send the message. To break text in a message into lines, press Shift+Enter at the end of the desired line.
After sending, the message will be displayed in your chat and the chat of your interlocutor.
You can share links and files. For example, product photos and documents, as well as any other information. All history is saved in the chat.
To add a file to the chat, press the (Paperclip) button, select the desired file on your computer, add the message text and press Enter. To download a file, click on the file name.
