Loans will be allocated for the purchase of seeds of agricultural crops, excluding potatoes and vegetables. Agricultural enterprises and producers of plant products, excluding personal subsidiary farms and agricultural cooperatives, will be eligible for this form of support.
To receive compensation, it is necessary to provide documentation confirming the expenses for purchasing and sowing seeds. The application deadline is scheduled for November, and the subsidies will be transferred to the beneficiaries by the end of the current year. Annually, about 200 agricultural enterprises are among the recipients of this support measure.
“Assistance to farmers represents a strategic task. The agricultural sector plays a key role in the region's economy, and high-quality seeds are one of the factors for a successful harvest. Therefore, it is equally important that our farmers use high-quality planting material,” noted the head of the region Yuri Slyusar. “This year, we have simplified the process of providing this support and hope for an increase in the number of its beneficiaries.”
It is worth reminding that Yuri Slyusar announced that this year, expenses to support agricultural producers and the development of rural areas in the Rostov region will increase by 2 billion rubles, exceeding 10.6 billion rubles.
