Farmers from 37 districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan are completing the successful harvest of the main oilseed crop - sunflower. By October 30 of this year, farms had already managed to harvest 86% of the total land area, which amounts to an impressive 248 thousand hectares. The gross milling of oilseeds also proudly exceeded 370 thousand tons, which is one and a half times more than last year at the same time.
The average sunflower yield throughout the republic is 15 centners per hectare, which is a pleasant result. However, certain regions of Bashkortostan were able to exceed the republican average. In the Karmaskalinsky, Dyurtyulinsky and Ilishevsky districts, more than 22 centners of oil seeds were collected per hectare, which is an impressive achievement.
In total, the harvest of oilseeds including sunflower, flax, rapeseed, soybeans, mustard and others showed impressive results in Bashkortostan. The total volume of harvested oilseeds reached 464 thousand tons.
These successes indicate that agricultural producers of the Republic of Bashkortostan continue to develop and improve methods and technologies for cultivating sunflower and other oilseeds. Their efforts and dedication to agriculture allow the region to have a reliable and sustainable source of raw materials for the oil and fats and other industries.
These impressive results in the field of agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan can be an example for other regions, demonstrating an example of the work and efficiency of cultivating oilseeds.
Agricultural producers of Bashkortostan deserve praise for their work and achievements. Their efforts continue to contribute to the development and prosperity of the region and the entire country, maintaining stability in oilseed production and market relationships.
