The Russian Ministry of Agriculture actively carries out operational monitoring in the field of lending to the country's agro-industrial complex. According to the latest data, as of November 7 of this year, the total volume of credit funds provided by key banks for seasonal field work amounted to 994 billion rubles. This exceeds the level of rates last year by 4.7%.

Of the total amount of loans issued, the largest contribution was made by Rosselkhozbank, which provided 697.7 billion rubles. Sberbank also played a significant role, providing 296.3 billion rubles. In comparison with the previous year, when the amount of lending to agricultural enterprises for these purposes amounted to 949.7 billion rubles, a clear increase in this indicator can be noted. Rosselkhozbank made the largest contribution last year, providing 646.6 billion rubles, while Sberbank allocated 303.1 billion rubles.

Such financial resources are important for the agro-industrial complex, as they provide the necessary funds for seasonal field work. This includes activities such as planting, tending crops, harvesting, and other activities critical to the successful and efficient production of agricultural products.

The increase in the volume of credit funds this year in comparison with the previous one indicates the development and strengthening of the agro-industrial complex in Russia. This financial support helps enterprises in this industry improve their production capabilities and modern technologies, which leads to increased productivity and competitiveness in the market.

The Russian Ministry of Agriculture, in partnership with key banks, continues to further monitor and analyze the situation in the field of lending to the agricultural sector. This makes it possible to predict needs and carry out relevant regulatory actions, contributing to the stable and sustainable development of agriculture in the country.

Lending is one of the important tools to support the agricultural sector. The increase in allocated funds and the operational approach proposed by the Russian Ministry of Agriculture have a positive impact on the development of the country’s agro-industrial complex and support its competitiveness in the world market.

As a result of operational monitoring and an increase in credit funds provided by key banks, agricultural enterprises have the opportunity to develop effectively, introduce new technologies and increase production levels. This helps ensure the country's food security and maintain sustainable development of the agricultural sector.
