The association dealing with grain exports has expressed dissatisfaction with the imposition of "secret sanctions" against products from Russia.
The chairman of the association, Eduard Zernin, talked about such sanctions at the All-Russian Grain Forum:
We are in a unique situation where our products are considered humanitarian goods, and there is not a reasonable person who would impose sanctions against them, as it contradicts the UN Charter.
