Sunflower harvesting for grain continues. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, as of November 27, 1 million 22.9 thousand hectares had already been threshed, which is 91% of the total harvested area. As a result, 1 million 294.1 thousand tons of oil seeds were threshed with an average yield of 12.7 centners per hectare.

The lowest yields are observed in the Kurmanaevsky district - 19.1 centners per hectare, Abdulinsky urban district - 18.1 centners per hectare, Asekeyevsky - 17.8 centners per hectare, Grachevsky and Matveevsky districts - 16.5 centners per hectare, Kvarkensky Sol-Iletsk urban district - 15.9 centners per hectare.

Sunflower harvesting has already been completed in six districts of the Orenburg region: Akbulaksky, Asekeevsky, Grachevsky, Ileksky, Kurmanaevsky and Severny.

In the Abdulinsky urban district, Aleksandrovsky, Buguruslansky, Oktyabrsky, Sakmarsky and Saraktashsky districts, 95 to 98% of sunflowers have already been harvested.
