On September 19th, wheat purchases took place at the Grain Agency of Tunisia (ODC). They held tenders to acquire 125,000 tons of soft wheat and 100,000 tons of durum wheat. The news was reported by the Grain Online agency, citing Reuters.
It turned out that 125,000 tons of soft wheat were purchased from several companies. Aston sold 25,000 tons at a price of $245.83 C&F. Additionally, Aston sold another 25,000 tons at the same price. Also, 25,000 and 25,000 tons were sold at prices of $246.83 and $247.83 C&F respectively. Casillo also sold 25,000 tons of soft wheat at a price of $246.98 C&F.
Durum wheat was purchased from other companies. Casillo sold 25,000 tons at a price of $338.68 C&F. He also sold another 25,000 tons for $342.68 C&F. Additionally, 25,000 tons were sold for $346.49 C&F. Another company, Euroagricola, sold 25,000 tons of durum wheat at a price of $336.5 C&F.
