Winter wheat planting in the USA is breaking records, grain levels are at average values, and corn and soybean crops are also on the rise.

According to USDA data, 25% of winter wheat has already been sown in the USA, which is 14% more than last week. 14% of corn has been harvested (up by 5%) and 13% of soybeans (up by 7%). More than 61% of corn and 64% of soybeans are in good condition.

According to the latest data from the USDA, as of September 22, 25% of the planned areas for winter wheat sowing have already been sown in the USA, which represents a growth of 14% over the past week. This figure exceeds last year's level by 23% and the average level of the past 5 years by 24%.

Reports indicate that the germination rate of grain crops in the country accounts for 4% of the total sown area. This figure is slightly below the five-year average level of 5% (6% the year before).

Regarding other crops, farmers continue actively harvesting corn, which as of September 22 has been harvested from 14% of the planned fields, representing a 5% increase in the past week. Last year at the same time, 13% of the harvest was collected, and over the past 5 years – 11%. More than 61% of the crops have reached maturity, exceeding the five-year average level of 55%. Of these, 65% are in good or excellent condition, which is consistent with last year.

The soybean harvest also continues, with 13% of the areas harvested by September 22, showing a 7% increase over the week. Last year, 10% of the harvest was collected, and over the past 5 years – 8%. Approximately 64% of the soybean crops are in good or excellent condition, consistent with last year.
