The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) has confirmed the shipment of 4 batches of rapeseed meal weighing 103 tons from the Tomsk region to China. All batches comply with the requirements of the EAEU and China.

During the period from December 2022 to August 2023, a total of 454 batches with a combined weight of 9,922.91 tons have been sent.

On Friday, the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor department for the Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions reported that four batches of rapeseed meal with a total weight of 103 tons were sent from the Tomsk region to China.

Meal is a product obtained after pressing vegetable oil from seeds of various crops, such as sunflower, rapeseed, flax, and cedar nuts.

According to the official statement, all four batches of meal, totaling 103 tons, met the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union and the requirements of the importing country, China.

The production of these batches was confirmed by the results of laboratory tests conducted in a laboratory under the control of Rosselkhoznadzor.

According to Rosselkhoznadzor data, from December 20, 2022, to August 18, 2023, 454 batches of meal with a total weight of 9,922.91 tons were sent to Chinese partners.
