One of the main aspects of the crop rotation for the current year at Ristone Holdings will be creating perfect conditions for growing sunflowers, which will take up the majority of the planned fields.

It has been noted that the holding plans to sow 27 thousand hectares of sunflowers, as this agricultural crop is in high demand in both domestic and international markets. The next crop to be sown on an area of 6.7 thousand hectares will be corn.

"Ristone Holdings actively applies innovative approaches that optimize the process of growing corn, including the use of precision farming and resource-saving methods," - the press service reports.

By the current moment, for the 2025 harvest, the agro-holding has sown 2.8 thousand hectares of spring barley. This year, there are also plans to sow up to 1 thousand hectares of soybeans, peas, and annual grasses.

"These crops have not only economic value but are also important for improving soil fertility, as they participate in crop rotations, contributing to soil enrichment with nitrogen. Overall, the successful implementation of the 2025 planting plan should maintain high industry standards, strengthen market positions, and continue to contribute to Ukraine's food security," the statement notes.
