In Krasnodar, an opportunity has arisen to purchase a complex for sunflower seed processing owned by the Krasnodar production company "Nash Produkt", with a starting auction price of 72 million rubles. Also, the right to claim against LLC "Skyth-Expo" in the amount of 253.5 million rubles has been put up for auction, with an initial price of 228 million rubles. This information is reported by the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy.

Applications to participate in the auction will be accepted from April 22 to May 31, 2024. The auction is scheduled for June 3, 2024. The auction step is set at 5% of the initial lot price, and the deposit amount is 10% of the starting price.

LLC "PC Nash Produkt" is part of the "Region" group of companies, the largest producer of sunflower oil in Kuban. In 2019, the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Krai initiated bankruptcy proceedings for eight oil producers, including "PC Nash Produkt."

According to SPARK data, the beneficiary of LLC "PC Nash Produkt" is Grigoriy Zakhyan, with Sergey Bondarev appointed as the insolvency officer.
