The company plans to use 10% of its own funds and 90% of Solidarity Bank funds to finance the project.
The plant will be located in the Iskitimsky district on an area of 43.6 hectares and will create 220 new jobs.
It is planned that tax revenues to the consolidated budget of the region until 2031 will amount to 2.7 billion rubles. Currently, the company is also building a complex for processing oilseeds in the Novosibirsk region, the first stage of which is planned to be launched in 2024.
