Penza region ranks third in Russia in terms of gasification.

The Penza region ranks third in Russia for gasification. More than 9,000 agreements have been concluded, gas is connected to 79% of houses. The average cost of work is 98,000 rubles, citizens can receive subsidies of up to 130,000 rubles. By 2025, it is planned to gasify 639 houses.

According to the results of 2024, Penza region is ranked third in Russia in terms of gasification processes.

As of today, approximately 9,356 gasification agreements have been concluded in the Penza region with citizens, 96% of which have been fulfilled up to the boundaries of land plots. Gas supply is connected to 79% of households.

Within the program, more than 1,144 agreements have been signed for providing comprehensive gasification services, including all types of construction works and equipment supplies for gas usage.

According to the data from the relevant ministry, the average cost of works on the applicant's land plot in the Penza region is 98,000 rubles.

In comparison, the average price in Russia is 150,000 rubles, and in the Volga Federal District - 133,000 rubles.

Beneficiary citizens are entitled to subsidies for the purchase and installation of gas equipment, as well as for carrying out relevant works. The subsidy amount corresponds to the applicant's expenses but cannot exceed 130,000 rubles per household and is provided once. Recipients of subsidies include participants of special military operations and their families.

Gasification of 639 houses in 33 summer cottage associations is planned by 2025. The first 39 agreements for connection have already been signed. In addition, gasification of social infrastructure facilities is being carried out.

According to the rating of Russian regions, the Penza region has scored 57 points, allowing it to hold the third place in the country in terms of gasification processes.
