During the inspection, violations of the technical regulation "On the Safety of Grain" were identified in storage and declaration. The company, acting as an applicant and producer of grain products, made an error in declaring 19 batches of grain, including corn, soybeans, wheat, barley, rapeseed, and sunflower seeds.
Experts found that the declarations were not filled out in accordance with a single form approved by Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 293 dated 25.12.2012 and did not contain information on testing samples for the presence of pesticides.
The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance recognized 19 conformity documents as invalid.
In addition, during the inspection of warehouse premises storing grain products, it was discovered that over 30 thousand tons of soybeans, corn, and mustard seeds were stored in conditions that did not ensure the safety of the products and preservation of consumer properties.
Inspectors noted that the warehouses were not protected from atmospheric precipitation and birds.
In April 2024, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance imposed administrative liability on the responsible persons of the enterprise under Article 14.43-14.44 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation, imposing a fine and a warning.
Prescriptions and notifications were also issued to correct the identified violations.
In total, during the current year, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance conducted 195 control and supervision measures in the field of grain quality and safety, including 5 on-site inspections and 190 observations. 8 protocols were drawn up under Articles 14.43 and 14.44 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation.
