• Flour milling enterprises are facing mass bankruptcies and a reduction in flour exports due to lack of preferential lending and restrictions on subsidizing transport costs. The Union of Flour and Groats Enterprises sent a letter to the Minister of Agriculture requesting state support. Otherwise, they believe it will be difficult to maintain export volumes at the level of the previous year. The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation stated that information about the exclusion of the flour-milling industry from the preferential credit system for agriculture is inaccurate.
