The company "Perseida" has announced the start of implementing an investment project to create a new plant for the production of vegetable oils in the urban district of Shatura. At the moment, the construction works are in active phase, with some of the necessary equipment already purchased. The head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region, Deputy Chairman of the Government Vladislav Murashov, noted that rapeseed grown in the fields of the urban district of Shatura will be the main raw material for oil production. As part of this project, it is planned to reconstruct the production building, warehouses, and utility rooms, as well as to purchase and install modern equipment. It is expected that around 200 million rubles will be invested in the project, and about 75 new jobs will be created. The head of the region, Andrey Vorobyov, previously stated that there is a whole complex of support measures in place in the Moscow region, which ensures a high level of attractiveness for investors. "To create 60-70 thousand new jobs every year and maintain investment levels above 1 trillion rubles (as it was last year when 1 trillion 300 billion was attracted), we must help businesses implement no fewer than 450 large projects and maintain this pace," explained the governor.
