Collective farm "BIK" will invest 3.1 billion tenge in a new automated farm for the production of dairy products in the Pavlodar region.

The collective farm "BIK" is planning to create an automated farm for dairy production in the Pavlodar region. The project, valued at 3.1 billion tenge, has already begun, with 0.9 billion of own funds invested. 16 out of 65 planned farms have been put into operation, with a total capacity of 67,000 tons.

The collective farm "BIK" intends to create an automated farm for the production of dairy products in the Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan by the end of this year. The cost of this project is estimated at 3.1 billion tenge, as reported by the information department of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The collective farm "BIK" is engaged in both crop production and livestock farming. It has over 50,000 hectares of arable land and is also involved in breeding Angus cattle.

The implementation of the investment project for the construction of a dairy farm with a livestock of 500 heads started in 2022. As of today, approximately 900 million tenge of the investor's own funds have been invested in this project. Another 2.2 billion tenge were received within the framework of the program for disseminating the experience of the North Kazakhstan Regional Center.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, out of the 65 dairy farms planned within the program for disseminating the experience of the North Kazakhstan Regional Center, 16 farms with a total production capacity of 67,000 tons have already been put into operation. Work on the remaining projects is ongoing.
