The Head of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers, Mikhail Mishustin, is preparing to take close control over the activities of "Rostselmash" and the situation with wage payments. This information was shared by the Deputy Speaker of the State Duma, representative of the Rostov region, Viktoria Abramchenko, through her Telegram channel, citing a source in the publication "Vedomosti Yug."
According to Abramchenko, there are changes in the management policy at the enterprise, including the envisaged reduction of wages. To protect the social rights of 15,000 employees, she has appealed to Mishustin to take control of the situation.
Earlier information emerged that "Rostselmash" plans to cut its long-term investment program by 100% due to the sharp deterioration of the market situation caused by the lack of demand for agricultural machinery. Additionally, the company is revising the work schedule and moving the annual staff vacation from August-September to June. This measure is a response to the rapid decline in demand for agricultural machinery.
