More than 31% of these funds, that is, 521.7 billion rubles, were provided on preferential terms. The main volumes of financing were directed to the agro-industrial complex of the Belgorod region (104 billion rubles), Rostov region (102.9 billion rubles), Stavropol region (81.7 billion rubles), Voronezh region (66.9 billion rubles) and Krasnodar region (62 billion rubles).
This year, the volume of loans issued by the bank for seasonal field work increased by 7% to 786.1 billion rubles, of which 38%, that is, 296.1 billion rubles, were provided to farmers at a preferential rate. The share of the Russian Agricultural Bank in the concessional lending market is 70%, in 16 regions it exceeds 91%. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, as of December 19, the total volume of loans issued by key banks for seasonal field work exceeded 1.1 trillion rubles. - this is 1.9% higher than the same period last year.
First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Russian Agricultural Bank Irina Zhachkina emphasized that the created modern production facilities help ensure the country's food security and increase the export of agricultural products. In addition, the creation of jobs and infrastructure around enterprises has led to an improvement in the quality of life in rural areas. She noted that these are two key tasks for Rosselkhozbank, to which they will continue to direct financial and digital resources.
