The Rosselkhoznadzor Office for Bashkiria successfully inspected a batch of sunflower seeds, which was prepared by a company from the Khaibullinsky district for export to Kazakhstan. The press service of the supervisory agency announced this important achievement.

After the selection of seed samples by specialists of the Department, entomological and herbological studies were carried out in the Bashkir testing laboratory. And the research results confirmed the absence of quarantine organisms in the oilseed crop. This means that all products sent for export fully comply with the quarantine phytosanitary requirements of both the importing country and the country of the Customs Union.

Earlier, Bashinform reported that in Bashkiria, about 80% of grain sales are exported. Already in 10 months of this year, the enterprises of the AK of Bashkiria have sent 5,271 wagons of grain by rail, weighing a total of 370.8 thousand tons. Of this amount, 4,193 wagons, or 297.2 thousand tons, were sent specifically for export.
