The Belarusian delegation included Professor Vladimir Gusarov and experienced specialist Yuri Kosenko from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy and RUP "Kupalovskoye" respectively. The Deputy Governor of the Bryansk Oblast, Boris Gribanov, also joined the trip.
The Belarusian experts studied the experience of the company "Miratorg" in organizing storage, servicing, and repair of agricultural machinery used within the beef production project.
The company's infrastructure is capable of servicing expensive machinery in accordance with established standards, optimizing repair costs without compromising quality, reducing downtime, storing machinery correctly, and preparing it for the new season in a timely manner and without losses.
"Miratorg" has created the largest vertically integrated beef production in Europe, "from field to shelf," located in the Bryansk Oblast.
The interregional project includes over 100 cattle farms, three feedlots, and a complex for slaughtering and processing cattle. The company produces 272 thousand tons of products annually. Facilities for deep processing of cattle have been opened, including a plant for the production of ready-to-eat dishes and a leather plant of the most modern design in Russia.
The technical equipment of the plant production part is one of the key factors in achieving consistently high yields and ensuring a reliable feed base for livestock.
At the "Pilshino" production base, which started operating in November 2023, feed preparation for cattle is carried out on an area of 24 thousand hectares, as well as management of freight transport. The company's fleet comprises approximately 400 units of equipment, including trucks and agricultural machinery for soil cultivation, seeding, harvesting, and feed preparation. Over 200 million rubles were invested in the construction of the complex.
Around 300 employees are engaged in various fields, including mechanization, accounting, agronomy, and transport logistics. Therefore, special attention was paid to the comfort of employees during the design of the repair area and administrative-residential premises. The repair area is equipped with a heating system, lifting beams, and efficient ventilation. The administrative-residential block includes spacious offices with modern computer equipment, rest and dining rooms, spacious changing rooms, showers and toilets, as well as a laundry room and dryer.
In crop production, experienced specialists use modern equipment and advanced agricultural technologies, ensuring high crop yields and fully meeting the feed needs of the project while achieving optimal production costs.
