In 2025, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation plans to introduce increasing coefficients to allocate subsidies to farmers in regions with difficult natural and climatic conditions.
“We have already given such instructions at previous meetings, but for the Far East this is probably a very important point related to climatic conditions and certain difficulties that we periodically encounter. We are currently studying this issue, and from the beginning of next year we Let’s begin this topic by introducing changes to state support measures both within the framework of grain subsidies and within the framework of unrelated subsidies, providing increasing coefficients to those regions where natural and climatic conditions are much more difficult compared to others,” Andrei Razin noted.
According to him, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation plans to switch to such a system for distributing federal funds as early as 2025. Andrei Razin emphasized that the Far Eastern Federal District is an important region of Russia in terms of production volumes and logistics, as well as relations with foreign partners, primarily with China. In addition, the Far Eastern Federal District is a leader in soybean production - over the past five years, more than 33% of this crop of total soybean production in Russia has been produced here.
