“It’s nice to see that our local producers are not standing still. They are actively developing their business, striving to improve the quality of their products, expand their influence, and update their product range. These steps help them strengthen their position and gain recognition in the market,” noted Azat Askarov, Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Among the new products, the following can be mentioned: "Bashkir Cream from Cream" ice cream with real Karlamansky condensed milk, ice cream with berries from Bashkortostan, ice cream with white grape raisins, ice cream with cherry and chocolate chips in wafers, ice cream with a filling of quince and pear, apricot ice cream with chunks, as well as "Creamy Nose" - chocolate ice cream in a wafer cup.
Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities of the Republic of Bashkortostan reported that the brand "Creamy Nose," owned by LLC "Bashkir Ice Cream," was recognized as one of the best and premium products at the regional competition of growing Russian brands "Know Our Own" last year. The company has also become a well-known brand abroad, representing Bashkortostan as a popular manufacturer of products under the Made in Bashkortostan brand.
Margarita Bolycheva, Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities of the Republic of Bashkortostan, noted that obtaining Halal certification from Roskachestvo allowed the company to export its products to all EAEU countries, including Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. Today, "Bashkir Ice Cream" is being exported to Thailand and Vietnam, and its quality is highly valued in Kazakhstan.
LLC "Bashkir Ice Cream" is part of the Group of Companies of OJSC "Bashkir Holod" and is the leading ice cream producer in the region. Since its foundation in 2005, arising from the ice cream production workshop of the "Bashhladokombinat," the company holds over 50% of the republic's market. The plant's production capacity reaches 60 tons per day, which is equivalent to approximately 1000 ice cream units per minute.
