Currently, the corn harvesting process is actively continuing in the Kursk region. However, due to the presence of snow cover, harvesting becomes difficult and time-consuming. This was announced by Deputy Governor Sergei Starodubtsev, who is responsible for the agricultural sector.
According to Sergei Starodubtsev, 132 thousand hectares have already been threshed, which is 74% of the total area under corn in the region. He also noted that all agricultural enterprises are taking the necessary measures to complete the harvesting process this year.
However, it is worth noting that snow fell in the Kursk region in November, which makes corn harvesting much more difficult. This is due to the fact that snow cover makes it difficult to access plants and complicates the work of agricultural machines. However, farmers and agricultural workers are working hard to cope with this challenge and complete the corn harvest within the stipulated time frame.
Corn is one of the most important agricultural crops in the Kursk region. Its harvesting is of great importance for local farmers and the economy of the region as a whole. Therefore, despite the difficulties, all participants in the agricultural sector are making every effort to successfully complete the corn harvest and ensure the stable development of agriculture in the future.
In general, corn harvesting in the Kursk region continues, despite the difficulties associated with the presence of snow cover. Thanks to the efforts of farmers and agricultural workers, a significant part of the crops has already been threshed, and all farms are taking the necessary measures to complete the harvest this year.
